The Survey CAD Technician will be responsible for drafting survey plats and related documents including boundary as-built topographic and ALTA surveys. This position is best suited for someone with a strong land surveying background who can work independently with minimal training.
This is a contract to possible permanent position. This is a long-term need that is required to be fully on site.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Survey CAD Technician
Proficient in AutoCAD
Background in land surveying and reading survey documentation
Ability to work independently and produce accurate survey drawings
Local to Orlando FL and able to work fully in-office
