What you will do as a Receiving and Inventory Assistant: The Shipping & Receiving Specialist is responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments including inspections acceptance checking in packages preparing and transferring deliveries. Delivers materials to various locations and prepares outbound shipments for pickups by various carriers. Assists in the processes of ensuring assets are properly processed and tagged per University policy as well as facilitation of surplus property. Operates powered industrial trucks (fork truck electric/manual pallet jacks) and box trucks while maintaining a secure safe and clean warehouse. Valid Drivers License and Fork Lift Certification required.
