We are seeking a full-time Janitorial Operations Supervisor who is passionate about creating clean organized and safe environments for our clients. Youll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout your assigned client sites while working with a supportive team that values excellence and integrity.
Shift:
Monday Friday Occasional Weekends 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
Pay:
$24- $28per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Train all team members on the safe performance of their assigned tasks. Ensure all safety policies and practices are followed including reporting of incidents.
- Ensure that training takes place for all new hires and that training sessions are held periodically to review programs/policies.
- Review and control labor and supply costs for assigned accounts on a weekly basis. Ensure that it conforms to budgetary standards and sound operational standards/quality.
- Inspect assigned accounts quarterly. Ensure the work performed meets customer quality standards for account retention.
- Visit customers monthly to maintain strong relationships.
- Develop work schedules. Work with the Operations Manager to assign cleaning personnel to accounts. Provide fill-in services where needed.
- Assist Operations Manager in staffing of new contracts.
- Ensure that all company programs and policies are being followed.
- Maintain inventory supply and equipment needs for assigned accounts. Deliver equipment and materials as needed.
- Is responsible for training reviewing correcting and recommending the employment termination of employees.
- Is responsible for resolving day-to-day operational problems at accounts. Notify the Operations Manager of any issues for documentation purposes.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
- High School Diploma College Education and/or minimum 3 years related work experience.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal leadership and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the janitorial industry coupled with a strong knowledge of cleaning products.
- Ability to work independently and with good judgment.
- Outstanding interpersonal leadership and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Special Service industry.
- Staff development experience and Client Service skills required.
- Outstanding verbal and written skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer software programs.
- Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check
