EdTech Delivery Manager
Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The EdTech Delivery Manager coordinates the global rollout of EdTech tools across ISP schools ensuring purposeful and impactful delivery. This role focuses on project management relationship building with school stakeholders and operational execution across diverse educational environments. The role works closely with the EdTech Technology Implementation Manager owning the overall EdTech delivery plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead phased adoption of EdTech tools piloted in LabSchools and tailor rollout to adopter schools contexts.
  • Oversee the global EdTech rollout schedule licensing adoption and integration with school improvement plans.
  • Maintain and update a live delivery tracker with key metrics such as adoption rates training completion and tool usage.
  • Prepare and present implementation dashboards and risk reports for the EdTech Steering Committee and executive leadership.
  • Support scaling of LabSchool piloted tools across the network.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery operations of rollout phases globally.
  • Apply structured frameworks to build readiness and sustain behavioural change at school level.
  • Maintain trust and buy-in with school EdTech leads and regional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate school readiness assessments to inform planning and deployment sequencing.
  • Gather feedback from schools and ensure insights are shared with relevant teams for responsive planning.
  • Facilitate structured feedback loops and surface blockers and implementation insights.
  • Act as a key liaison between academic operational and technical teams.
  • Coordinate global CPD delivery through Learning Hub and school-based sessions.
  • Use operational data to evaluate implementation progress identify risks and contribute to improvement plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all teams to ensure alignment.
Skills Qualifications and Experience
  • 5 years experience in complex global technology or education project delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments.
  • Experience gathering user feedback and responding to school staff needs.
  • Prior involvement in education innovation EdTech strategy or AI in education desirable.
