Job Description:
The Senior Technology Governance Analyst supports TDI TS platform teams by leading governance reporting and analytical efforts across incident management problem tracking and operational risk items. This role ensures transparency drives accountability and enables data-driven decision making to strengthen platform resilience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Analytics
- Design build and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel.
- Perform trend analysis root cause assessments and scenario modeling to support proactive risk identification.
- Deliver regular and ad hoc reports to senior leadership on incident volumes resolution timelines recurring issues and risk indicators.
Governance & Risk Oversight
- Manage and enhance governance processes for tracking and reporting technology incidents problems and operational risks.
- Facilitate governance forums and working sessions with platform teams to review issue status risk items and action plans.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise technology risk and control frameworks.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline incident and problem management processes across platforms.
- Support audits compliance reviews and remediation tracking for technology risks and control gaps.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance frameworks and reporting standards.
Education and Experience
- Undergraduate degree
- 5-7 years relevant experience with Power BI Tableau and/or Excel
Hybrid 2 days a week in the office
