Description

The Business Analyst Integration plays a key role in the Digital Change and Transformation team supporting large-scale initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI). This role is responsible for defining and managing end-to-end integration across DRI and other MACS systems ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

It would suit a Business Analyst with strong integration experience and stakeholder engagement skills. The IT Services team is focused on delivering scalable robust solutions that enable MACS to achieve its digital and strategic objectives.



Skills And Experiences

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define and document the integration scope strategy and requirements for the ERP and related systems.
  • Work with the implementation partner architects product owners and SMEs to design integration solutions including interface specifications data mappings and APIs.
  • Lead or support workshops to gather integration requirements and ensure traceability across business processes and system interfaces.
  • Identify risks issues or improvement opportunities in integration processes ensuring systems comply with organisational and regulatory requirements
  • Support and coordinate end-to-end integration testing including test scenario creation user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution and post-go-live support.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users and stakeholders ensuring effective adoption and ongoing improvement of integration solutions.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience as an Integration/Technical Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns APIs (REST/SOAP) middleware platforms and data mapping.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical architecture and business processes and demonstrated experience working with external vendors or implementation partners.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical groups
  • Proven ability to map data flows document system interfaces and translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
  • Experience with tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI Postman or middleware (e.g. MuleSoft Boomi Azure Integration Services) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with education sector data privacy and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
