TRAMPERS WANTED!
AJ Group are recruiting HGV Drivers (Class 1 CE) for our client in Liverpool. We are looking for up to 3 trampers to work on a regular basis Monday to Friday 4 nights out per week. This Client has a large UK customer base and delivers palletised loads directly to them.
The Job
Start times vary between 0600-0700 for days and your schedule will be planned to tramp away from home all week. (We are also looking for day drivers in addition to trampers). You will be delivering ambient goods to the clients customer network around the UK. Drivers may be required on occasion to help unload the trailer in order for the FLT Driver at the delivery point to offload the pallets.
You will be operating a curtain sided vehicle and will need to make sure the load is safely secured with internal strapping.
The Driver
HGV Drivers applying for this job will need to have held their Class 1 (Cat CE Licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 minor points for insurance purposes.
Good knowledge of WTD is essential
Pay Rates (PAYE)
Days 15.00
Night Out 25
PAID BREAKS
Holiday pay is accrued separately to the rates listed above but can be added to your hourly rate upon request.
