Description of the role:
As a Service Advisor at Casey CDJR in Springfield VT you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the automotive service department.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service work
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Coordinate service technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Requirements:
