Director of Quality Assurance
Fidelity Investments has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Quality Assurance in the Health Care Technology is a key role within the quality organization supporting the new health & welfare record keeping platform. This individual will serve in a multifaceted function working in close collaboration with business partners Architects and Agile delivery teams to improve/re-design existing testing automaton tools and framework to support product delivery. This role will further require the person to apply analytical and business skills to identify opportunities for end-to-end process improvement across all phases of testing to achieve efficiency and superior product quality.
The Team
The Health Care Technology Group delivers innovative and cutting-edge digital solutions to help Fidelitys clients and participants meet their healthcare needs. The new H&W record keeping system is built for massive scale using the latest technology and has attracted significant market interest. We are adopting DevOps and Agile delivery model and Quality Assurance organization plays a significant role shifting left to make sure product are built with the highest standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
