Position Overview
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing re-locating repairing and maintaining digital Photo Enforcement solutions for municipal Public Safety programs. The technician must ensure equipment maintains strict standards related to up-time and performance. Field Service Technicians are also responsible for troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive requests. Technicians must be able to work independently or at the direction of a supervisor to identify and resolve system performance issues related to equipment/radar/camera configurations vandalism environmental factors equipment deficiencies or other factors.

Essential Responsibilities
Work Environment: A field technician will be regularly exposed to outside weather conditions year-round such as wet and/or humid environments cold and/or heat dusty and noisy work environments. Noise levels will typically be moderate to moderately loud. Technicians regularly work near moving traffic and occasional night work with reduced visibility. Some weekend and overtime work may be required. Working at heights from a ladder may be required. Field technicians frequently work alone and must have knowledge of personal and construction safety practices on traffic work zone projects.
Qualifications
The position requires an Associates Degree or relevant Technical Institute certificate or equivalent in a technical field (engineering or computer science) or related work experience.

The projected hourly pay rate for this role is up to $28.85 CAD plus benefits.
