As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms team you will be a key member of an agile team tasked with designing and delivering reliable market-leading technology products that are secure stable and scalable. Your role involves implementing essential technology solutions across diverse technical domains supporting various business functions to achieve the firms strategic goals.
Job responsibilities
- Executes software solutions design development and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
- Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
- Design and develop custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business analysts to analyze requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow workflows UI policies business rules and client scripts.
- Perform system testing debugging and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and update ServiceNow documentation and technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
- Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
