Job Description
At Kactus the Revenue Operations team is the essential partner for the business teams when it comes to operational excellence and performance optimization. Kactus international expansion and the rise of new AI technologies open the door to new challenges on a wide range of cross-functional topics around Tools Processes Data and Strategy.
As a Salesforce Admin & Rev Ops youll be at the heart of our operations and your work will be crucial in enabling Kactus to scale efficiently and meet these new challenges.
Your missions
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
As our primary Salesforce Admin you will:
Manage and optimize the Salesforce environment (user management security validation rules workflows automation reporting & dashboards)
Coordinate and ensure reliable synchronization between Salesforce and our other tools (Product Aircall Front Hubspot)
Ensure data quality in our CRM (data cleaning deduplication etc.)
Tool Stack & Automation
In collaboration with our Rev Ops Lead you will:
Manage and improve the rest of our tool stack (HubSpot Metabase Aircall Front n8n Salesloft)
Build or oversee scripts and workflows to connect tools together (Make n8n)
Identify relevant AI use cases within operations prototype integrations with LLMs (OpenAI Claude Mistral etc.) and test them at business scale
Project management
As part of our growing Rev Ops team you will be involved in projects beyond tools and automation that directly improves our operational teams efficiency
