Description

The Program Data Migration Lead plays a key role in the Digital Change and Transformation team supporting major initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI). Responsible for planning and managing the end-to-end data migration scope for DRI and other IT solutions at MACS the role works closely with implementation partners architects and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality secure and scalable data migration outcomes aligned with MACS architecture standards.



Skills And Experiences

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the development and execution of end-to-end data migration strategy from Synergetic to new enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) Finance and Payroll platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Workday Oracle Cloud Technology One Microsoft Dynamics 365) ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate data migration workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define the migration approach source-to-target mapping transformation and cleansing requirements.
  • Oversee the identification extraction cleansing mapping transformation and loading of master and transactional data from TechnologyOne and other legacy sources into the target platforms.
  • Design implement and manage ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes using appropriate migration tools and methodologies ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with functional technical and business teamsincluding HR Payroll and Financeto verify requirements and resolve migration-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes including data mapping templates test scripts and migration mapping documents.
  • Lead and mentor the data migration team and provide regular updates to stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex data migration projects particularly from TechnologyOne or similar education sector systems to modern HCM Finance and Payroll platforms (e.g. SAP Successfactors Workday Oracle Cloud TechnologyOne Microsoft Dynamics 365 Ceridian Dayforce).
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and requirements for HCM Finance and Payroll systems with hands-on experience in ETL processes data cleansing mapping and transformation.
  • Proficient in SQL and data migration scripting with hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end enterprise platform data migration implementations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and leadership skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and business users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on data quality and integrity.
