What youll do
As an EveningRoom Attendant youll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for seamless servicediscretion intuitive and flexible during the evening. This will include eyefor detail thoroughness and hygienic all to ensure our guests receivesnothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requestsinvolving special set-ups additional supplies and even special of these requests are fulfilled by our Evening Room Attendants.
The itemsshared are the essence of a day in the life of an Evening Room Attendant butwell make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
Theoperational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
Thesecurrently set as:
- Monday to Sunday: 5.30pm 10.30pm
What youll bring
Essential Skills and Experience
- Attention to Detail - You can spot smallthings that need cleaning or fixing.
- Good Communication - You can talkpolitely and listen carefully to guests and your team.
- Ability to Follow Instructions - You canunderstand and complete tasks as asked.
- Time Management - You can work within settimeframes to clean rooms or do other tasks.
- Team Player - You work well with othersand can ask for help when needed.
- Energetic - You are comfortable withmoving around lifting and being on your feet for most of the day.
- Willingness to Learn - You are open tolearning how to use cleaning equipment and follow safety rules.
Preferred Skills
- Previous Experience - Youve worked as anevening room attendant in a 5 star hotel before.
- Knowledge of Customer Service - You knowhow to make guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Problem-Solving Skills - You can handlesmall issues like replacing missing items.
- Positive Attitude - You approach workwith enthusiasm and a smile.
