We are looking for a driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to help expand our Food & Beverage business in Poland. Based in our vibrant office in Terrassa you will play a crucial role in generating leads re-engaging past customers and opening doors to exciting new business opportunities.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with new prospects to drive qualified leads for the Sales team
- Re-engage past customers and uncover new business opportunities
- Conduct market research on potential clients and identify new sales channels
- Qualify leads from other Donaldson divisions with potential for cross-selling
- Support digital sales via Click-to-Chat service and online campaigns
- Collaborate with Area Sales Engineers to schedule impactful client visits
- Contribute to the success of targeted promotional campaigns
Minimum Qualifications:
- A natural people-person who thrives on phone calls and enjoys making connections
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting sales goals
- Technically curious and quick to understand new products and solutions
- Confident in using CRM tools Microsoft Office and digital communication tools
- Native-level Polish and fluent English are essential
