What Youll Do
As our Warehouse Coordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials between our Del Rio facility and our Mexico operations. This is a hands-on role focused on shipping receiving material transfer coordination and inventory control. Youll be the linchpin that keeps our supply chain on track and our customers satisfied.
Core Responsibilities:
Receive inspect and log incoming raw materials using Syteline ERP.
Prepare and process internal transfers to our Acua facility.
Receive finished goods from Mexico and organize outbound shipments to customers.
Coordinate shipments with carriers and provide tracking updates.
Conduct physical inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of excess materials in Del Rio warehouse storage areas.
Operate forklifts and equipment following all safety guidelines.
Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness organization and safety.
Suggest and implement process improvements for greater efficiency.

What You Bring
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED required.
Previous warehouse experience.
Solid understanding of inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.
Basic understanding of quality control and cross-border compliance preferred.
Skills:
Forklift operation proficiency.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable using Excel and warehouse systems.
Problem-solving under pressure and tight deadlines.
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout shifts.
Adaptability in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
