The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning food preparation and financial management of the School catering service. The successful candidate will manage the day to day running of the kitchen including the ordering supervision and catering for events and meetings.

You must have a minimum of a 706/1 City & Guilds Cooking for the Catering Industry or an NVQ 2 and significant experience and a willingness to train. A current Food Hygiene qualification is essential.

this is a part time post 30 hours a week.
