Youll work together with our Account Executives and clients to set up our products smoothly ensuring everyones on the same page with timelines and expectations. This role can be based anywhere in the US and depending on the location could be fully remote!

What Youll Do:

• Be the glue that keeps our installation process running like a well-oiled machine.

• Collect all the right paperwork and make sure everythings signed and ready to go.

• Test tweak and troubleshoot our products on different digital platforms.

• Work with our Deal Support and Pricing teams to keep the installation train rolling.

• Jump in and help your teammates whenever youre needed.

• Keep our installation records neat and tidy so were always on top of things.

• Organized and detail-oriented with a love for processes that work.

• Comfortable working with clients and getting the job done right.

• Familiar with our industry and how we can make our clients lives better.

• Quick to spot issues and find the right people to help solve them.

• Cool under pressure able to juggle multiple projects with ease.

• Comfortable using tools like MS Excel PowerPoint Salesforce and Smartsheet.

• Excited to learn new tech and tools to help our team shine.

• Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

Your Experience:

• Youve spent 1-3 years working directly with clients and know how to make them happy.

• Ideally you will have experience within the automotive automotive warranty industry with experience within product instillation and setup

• You have 1-3 years of experience getting products up and running without a hitch.

The pay starts at $23/hr and includes a 3% annual target bonus.
