BlueRock Insurance has a wide range of clients from all industries helping them to manage risk and tailor insurance programs to meet their needs. We work closely with other teams across BlueRock to offer clients a full suite of support from life insurance to finance accounting legal digital and beyond. The Role
Were looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Assistant Account Executive to join our General Insurance team! Youll work closely with your team and learn directly from senior mentors as you support our SME (small and medium-sized business) clients. This role is a great way to kickstart your career in insurance even if you dont tick every box wed love to see what you bring!
What youll do:
- Work with a team to manage a portfolio of fantastic SME clients.
- Help prepare insurance quotes endorsements and renewals.
- Assist with document and task management plus some invoicing.
- Support with lodging and following up claims.
- Build friendly professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with our great team to identify new opportunities to help clients.
Requirements
- Some experience in insurance broking customer service or a similar field (at least 612 months is great but were flexible!)
- A genuine interest in insurance helping people and learning new things.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work towards your Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (we can help with that!)
- Knowledge of Winbeat SCTP Sunrise or OfficeTech is a plus but not required.
