Our roots are in New York City where our founder Marvin Sangins started documenting his journey starting a marketing agency in 2020.

What does a freelance copywriter do at notus
As a Freelance Copywriter youll work closely with our content strategists to turn expert insights into compelling LinkedIn content.
We see this role as a mix of:
- Writer
- Storyteller
- Clear communicator
Heres how our process works:
Each client project starts with a setup phase where the content strategist defines the content strategy optimizes the LinkedIn profile and sets the media plan.
Once thats done we move into the ongoing content engine.
Thats where you come in.
Youll take transcripts and outlines from client calls and turn them into high-quality posts that:
- reflect the clients voice
- highlight their expertise
- speak to their target audience
- support their business goals
Youll collaborate with strategists follow our editorial process and deliver clean on-point drafts on time.
You wont be left figuring things out on your own.
Well provide:
- clear writing frameworks and voice guides
- context and feedback from experienced strategists
- best practices from over 100 personal branding projects
If you write with clarity care about tone and know how to craft a good LinkedIn postthis roles for you.
Requirements
Youll make a great fit at notus if:
- youre a proactive communicator and able to adapt to different personalities
- you have excellent English and German writing & communication skills
- you are highly organized and able to manage many moving pieces
- you possess strong emotional intelligence and empathy
- youre curious and eager to learn about any topic
- you have excellent copywriting skills
- you have a passion for content
- you are a team player that lifts other people up
- you are skilled at thorough research and understanding
- you are a detailed worker with high standards for quality
- you can take and implement feedback well and without ego
Additional details:
- We hire for freelance positions on a project base from 10h a week upwards.
- Compensation: starting at 15-20 an hour depending on expertise
- The position is 100% remote.
- Were looking for immediate starting dates (this will be a recurring opening every few months with adjusted starting dates.)
