Job Description
Overview:
Were hiring a Technical Writer with real-world experience in Dell Boomi and MuleSoft integration tools. This is a local remote contract-work from home is fine as long as youre based in Florida and available to be on-site in Miami when needed.
Ideal for someone who started in integration development and moved into technical writing. Youll be documenting APIs workflows and integration logic in close collaboration with the development team.
What Youll Do:
- Document integration logic APIs and workflows built in Dell Boomi and MuleSoft
- Collaborate with dev teams to extract and clarify technical details
- Create and maintain system documentation for internal teams and external users
- Translate complex integration processes into clear user-friendly technical content
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with both Dell Boomi and MuleSoft
- Background in integration development or engineering
- Proven track record as a technical writer in tech-heavy environments
- Based in Miami or Orlando FL and able to travel to Miami office as needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience documenting enterprise APIs
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
