We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Architect to lead the development enhancement and maintenance of data workflows source connectors and transformations using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). This is a hands-on architect role requiring deep technical expertise and leadership in cloud-based data integration-specifically with IDMC as a cornerstone of our data warehouse architecture.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead data integration efforts using Informatica IDMC across non-production and production environments.
Develop complex ETL components (connectors mappings sessions workflows).
Author and optimize performance-tuned data mappings and processes.
Troubleshoot debug and resolve IDMC-related job/service issues.
Drive data profiling and metadata analysis to inform data strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and own resolution of JIRA tickets within Agile sprints.
Provide IDMC-related operational reporting (job trending resource utilization etc.).
Support QA and mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices.
Coordinate system upgrades patching and configuration with the broader IT team.
Maintain detailed documentation of data architecture and ETL processes.
Implement and improve Data Lifecycle Management and change management procedures.
8 years of experience in data integration roles.
Expertise with Informatica IDMC (or PowerCenter).
Cloud integration experience-especially IDMC and AWS-based data services.
Proficient in PostgreSQL and familiar with AWS Redshift.
Strong understanding of SOA / EDA JMS messaging SOAP and RESTful services.
Bachelors degree in MIS CIS CS or a related technical field.
Experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance sector is highly preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hybrid role: 4 days onsite in Boston MA required.
