Job Description
Job Role:QA Lead
Job Location: LincolnRI
Job Type: Fulltime
Over 10 years of experience in software testing with more than 5 years in a leadership role as an onsite lead.
Previous experience working within the Life Insurance domain.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including developers project managers and business analysts to ensure testing activities align with project objectives.
Define and communicate key responsibilities and best practices to foster a positive team environment strong leadership confidence and effective teamwork to drive business success.
Demonstrate expertise in testing methodologies test management tools and industry best practices to effectively fulfill test management duties.
Conduct troubleshooting and debugging of test cases to ensure quality and reliability.
Develop and enforce comprehensive testing plans.
Create test strategies and detailed test plans.
Lead and supervise testers overseeing testing processes and procedures.
Monitor test results and provide timely updates.
Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities.
Execute tests according to established quality standards.
Report testing progress and findings to key stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest developments in testing tools techniques and standards.
Manage testing resources efficiently.
Oversee test execution and reporting activities.
Maintain clear communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Manage risks associated with the testing process.
Ensure quality assurance and control throughout the testing lifecycle.
