Company Overview:
A B2B fintech Primarily providing softwares for Reconcillation Compliance & Security Dashboards & Insights.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical programs from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
- Oversee progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Identify analyze and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to management.
- Implement best practices for project management and process improvements.
- Support the development and refinement of technical documentation.
- Drive collaborative decision-making among team members to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure quality assurance in deliverables and compliance with standards.
- Gather and analyze project metrics for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and train junior program managers and team members.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical program management.
- Proven expertise in managing complex technical projects.
- Hands on Experience using SQL
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in budget planning and financial reporting.
- Aptitude for data analysis and metrics tracking.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP Agile) are a plus.
- Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
