Job Description

Company Overview:

A B2B fintech Primarily providing softwares for Reconcillation Compliance & Security Dashboards & Insights.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical programs from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Identify analyze and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report progress to management.
  • Implement best practices for project management and process improvements.
  • Support the development and refinement of technical documentation.
  • Drive collaborative decision-making among team members to optimize outcomes.
  • Ensure quality assurance in deliverables and compliance with standards.
  • Gather and analyze project metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and train junior program managers and team members.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical program management.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex technical projects.
  • Hands on Experience using SQL
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Proficient in budget planning and financial reporting.
  • Aptitude for data analysis and metrics tracking.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP Agile) are a plus.
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
