A Boiler Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining equipment such as boilers steam generators and associated systems. They ensure that the systems are running efficiently and safely to meet production demands.
Responsibilities
- Monitor boiler operations and adjust controls to maintain optimal performance.
- Inspect equipment for potential issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Operate valves and other controls to regulate the flow of water steam and fuel.
- Record and report data on boiler operation and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or incidents.
