Role/s: 1 x EL2 Solution Architect
The EL2 Solution Architect (Labour Hire) is accountable under broad direction to undertake work with a high level of complexity or sensitivity that delivers quality outcomes within the functions of the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
The position is an important team leadership position within the NDIA and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail. The role is required to provide leadership control planning resource management performance management and decision making for the team membership and assigned Contractors working within the work area.
This a key role across the agency providing technical leadership for the ongoing enhancement of the core technology platforms that support the scheme systems. Working with the business area this role will be responsible for solution architecture across the Crack Down on Fraud program of work and meets the business requirements of the program.

Rate:
The proposed rate should reflect candidates skills and experience against the Evaluation Criteria. Candidates that do not demonstrate these criteria will not be assessed. Candidates should be aware that rates may be negotiated further as part of the selection process.
Citizenship:
As part of the eligibility and suitability requirement NDIA seeks Labour Hire Workers who are Australian citizens only. Successful candidates will be required to furnish valid evidence of citizenship during the Pre-engagement Check.
Labour Hire Licence:
Applicable for ACT VIC and QLD: Labour hire licences are required in the state that specified personnel are being contracted.
Key duties and responsibilities
Criteria
The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a one page pitch to address all criteria specified. This is equal to 5000 characters.
Essential criteria
1. 10 years of Architecture or relevant experience with broad technical knowledge including demonstratable experience leading the design of complex enterprise class platforms.
2. Extended experience in integrating with Salesforce.
3. Experience leading and driving the architectural design for Enterprise class CRM and/or Large-scale integration projects with Salesforce experience preferred.
4. Excellent listening communication and stakeholder management skills must be able to translate business capability into technical requirements.
5. Experience balancing project and program project and organisational goals as well as tactical and strategic drivers.
6. Act as the business conduit into the ICT function for design and requirements resolution.
Desirable criteria
1. Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification
2. Industry experience across health or insurance sectors or other related industries with large customer bases and complex supply chain interactions.
3. TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification; Azure or AWS cloud experience
4. Previous experience as Enterprise Architect Programme Lead Architect as well as experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments
