We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Orlando FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and supporting the execution of growth strategies to expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
Conduct outreach through calls emails and meetings to establish relationships
Present and explain company services and value propositions
Collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and deliverables
Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the brand
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
13 years of experience in business development or sales (preferred but not required)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to handle objections and think strategically
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
