About You

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Psychology or related fields.
- 12 months experience in related fields.
- Strong experience conducting coaching or mentoring sessions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in Talent Development Strategy implementation.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Advanced English
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach helping employees navigate challenges career aspirations and developmental opportunities.
- Design tools content and resources to address Talent Development Strategies with the best practices.
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Conduct well-being coaching sessions to address work-life balance stress management and personal challenges.
- Collaborate with wellness teams and HR to ensure employees have access to the necessary resources.
- Serve as a key point of contact for compensation discussions role clarity and policy guidance in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards.
- Work closely with HR People Experience Business Partners and leadership teams to align strategies and deliver consistent employee support.
