Job Description

About You

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Psychology or related fields.
  • 12 months experience in related fields.
  • Strong experience conducting coaching or mentoring sessions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Talent Development Strategy implementation.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Advanced English

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach helping employees navigate challenges career aspirations and developmental opportunities.
  • Design tools content and resources to address Talent Development Strategies with the best practices.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention
  • Conduct well-being coaching sessions to address work-life balance stress management and personal challenges.
  • Collaborate with wellness teams and HR to ensure employees have access to the necessary resources.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for compensation discussions role clarity and policy guidance in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Total Rewards.
  • Work closely with HR People Experience Business Partners and leadership teams to align strategies and deliver consistent employee support.
