Job Description
Main Resonsibilities
The main mission will be the SSC implementation.
In the short term :
- Schedule and follow up the integration checklist for Zeeklite side (IT/PUR/HRetc)
- Act as an entry point for Veolias requests
- Prepare and manage the reporting of Operations and Sales KPI (Weekly Monthly)
- Contribute to the Budget preparation F1 F2 and the overall finance reporting schedule
In the mid term :
- Plan and manage the transition to Veolia SSC
- Propose and contribute to the branding transition (Zeeklite to Veolia)
- Facilitate the investment procedures (CAPEX budget IC memos etc)
Qualifications :
Requirements
Experience in Project management
Experience in Sales and or Operation management
Fluency in English and Japanese
Experience in Veolia Group (At least 2-3 years)
