- Supervise and coordinate plumbing teams on-site.
- Complete first fix plumbing works and obtain all necessary test certifications.
- Create a second fix task list and provide an estimated completion date.
- Monitor and address any site issues that may impact project completion.
- Communicate project updates and variations to the Contracts Manager.
- Liaise with clients colleagues and other stakeholders as needed.
- Monitor project progress and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
- Adhere to all Environmental Health Safety & Quality (EHSQ) policies and procedures.
- Advise management on potential hazards related to equipment operation.
- Supervise and train apprentices in installation maintenance and repair tasks.
- Interpret blueprints or prepare sketches to determine equipment placement and ensure compliance with building and safety codes.
- Use a range of tools and equipment including power tools measuring devices and testing instruments.
- Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records preparing reports and ordering materials.
- Mark up circuits and drawings to reflect actual installations.
- Work at height using ladders scaffolds and roofs to install or repair systems.
- Carry out physically demanding tasks including trench digging and lifting heavy objects.
- Schedule work activities and lead small teams to complete tasks within set timeframes.
- Anticipate material needs and coordinate procurement in line with project timelines.
- Install maintain and repair plumbing systems including water supply drainage heating and sanitation.
Qualifications :
- Fully qualified plumber (National Craft Certificate or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
- RGI certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of domestic and commercial plumbing systems.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
