We are seeking a dedicated General Manager in Training to learn to oversee our operations and ensure the highest standards of service within our Dominos establishment. Duties

• Lead and manage daily operations ensuring all departments function efficiently.
• Oversee food handling processes to maintain compliance with Dominos standards health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Coordinate services for events ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Utilize POS systems for managing transactions and reporting.
• Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a strong team focused on customer service.
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism ensuring satisfaction.
• Implement shift management strategies to optimize staff performance during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu offerings meet guest expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry.
• 2 years of experience in the Pizza Industry.
• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and inventory control systems.
• Familiarity with catering operations and event management.
• Proficiency in POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in interviewing and team management.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

Summary

GM starting salary is $55000 per year with up to 15% EBITA bonus potential and a full Benefits package.

Experience:

• Pizza: 2 years (Required)
• Food service management: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)

• ServSafe (Preferred)
