Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients.
Interpret and integrate data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
Perform complete physical exams and record findings.
Collaborate with physician in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
Order appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
Synthesize data to determine preliminary diagnosis and therapeutic plan utilizing principles of prevention.
Interview and advise patients regarding health and illness prevention; recommend community resources to meet patient needs.
Educate patients and family regarding healthcare concerns & problems office & hospital procedures medications testing treatment instructions etc.
Triage patient calls and provide consultation.
Manage medical and surgical procedures/emergencies.
Provide monitoring and continuity of care between patient visits.
Participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.
Cooperate and interact with team members and coworkers.
Maintain patient flow a safe environment for patients and others and patient confidentiality.
Follow HIPAA guidelines.
Other duties as required.
Outstanding opportunity to join our primary care practice that has been serving the community for more than 30 years and work alongside 2 board certified Internal Medicine physicians 1 Physician Assistant and a tenured support staff.
We offer a full spectrum of primary care services to our patients (ages 16 to 99) with access to an onsite phlebotomist and the option of virtual visits.
Our focus is on providing quality personalized care that encompasses the physical emotional and spiritual needs of the patient.

Qualifications :
3 years of primary care experience required.
Must love building relationships with patients value bedside manners and possess excellent clinical skills.
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
State licensure and board certification are required.
The salary range for this role is competitive ranging from $110k-$150k Annual. Final compensation will be based on a comprehensive assessment of your qualifications including years of experience educational background and location.
