Care Assistant: Role & Responsibilities
Join us as a Childrens Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated overnight care for a happy 2-year-old girl with Treacher Collins syndrome. She has a tracheostomy and is PEG fed needing careful monitoring while her parents rest. She loves dolls teddies and crafts and will start nursery in September. This role offers rewarding dynamic work where youll make a real difference every night.
Your responsibilities will include overnight tracheostomy care and monitoring ensuring the childs safety and comfort during sleep and supporting both the child and her family with compassion.

Previous experience in a complex care assistant role is essential with specific experience in tracheostomy care.
