Customer Requirement Management
- Analyze customer technical requirements in the early stage of projects.
- Identify and document deviations via Deviation List and align with the customer.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and communication records.
Reliability Testing Planning & Tracking
- Develop test plans and schedules based on customer and project needs.
- Monitor testing progress and coordinate internal testing resources.
- Lead failure analysis in case of test failures and drive root cause identification and resolution.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive test reports upon completion.
Product Application Support
- During product development phase support & join the design review based on product reliability know-how to provide possible technical solutions.
- Provide technical support and clarifications for customer inquiries regarding product functionality and application.
On-Site Support for Customer Issues
- Customer Complaint
- Respond to customer complaints by conducting on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective problem resolution and closure.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering Mechanical EngineeringVehicle Engineering or related fields.
- ISO 16750/DIN 60068/VW
- Familiar with testing standards ISO16750 series DIN 60068 series VW series etc.
Strong communication and coordination skills capable of bridging internal teams and customers
Proficient in English for reading and writing technical documents.
High sense of responsibility analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
