Were seeking a Regional Manager with a passion for wellness a proven track record in multi-unit retail or health & wellness management and strong leadership skills. This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial people-driven and obsessed with performance. Youll be responsible for overseeing operations coaching teams and driving growth across several locationsensuring each studio embodies Restores mission and brand standards.
People Leadership & Development
Partner with GMs to oversee staffing onboarding training and scheduling
Conduct weekly check-ins to review performance and team updates across Sales Operations Staffing and Marketing
Mentor and develop management teams to create top-tier client experiences
Facilitate ongoing development in leadership communication and conflict resolution
Foster a positive team culture that drives retention and growth
Build succession plans and promote internal leadership development
Ensure timely and effective completion of performance reviews across all locations
Partner with HR to forecast hiring needs and plan workforce growth
Operational Excellence & Brand Execution
Monitor key metrics: Revenue Memberships Attrition Spend per Client and more
Audit the full sales funnel: lead gen appointment booking pricing presentation and objection handling
Ensure equipment upkeep and timely repairs to support service delivery
Collaborate with marketing to manage cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI)
Maintain consistency in brand standards across all locations while allowing for community-specific adaptation
Analyze financial reports to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement
Lead annual planning and goal-setting in alignment with company objectives
Oversee P&L for the region managing expenses maximizing profits and minimizing loss
Support new location openings coordinating with construction operations and marketing
Bachelors degree or higher
5 years of multi-unit management experience in wellness fitness or service retail
Experience directly managing 3 or more high-performing locations
Strong business acumen and fluency in interpreting financial reports and KPIs
Proven success in coaching teams and driving results
A passion for health wellness and improving lives
Excellent communication leadership and decision-making skills
A metrics-driven mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategy
High integrity strong work ethic and a desire to be part of something meaningful
