StretchMed is redefining what it means to move well. As a one-on-one assisted stretching studio our mission is to eliminate chronic pain improve mobility and help clients feel rejuvenated one stretch at a time.
We are urgently hiring Certified Stretch Therapists for our new studio opening soon in City Name. If you are ready to start right away and want to be part of a passionate growing team in the wellness space we want to meet you.
Position Overview
We are looking for purpose-driven Stretch Therapists to deliver expert assisted stretching sessions using our proven method. Whether you come from a fitness wellness or clinical background or are just beginning your hands-on career this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact on peoples health and mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions using the StretchMed method
Guide clients through each session using our tension scale for real-time feedback
Apply percussion therapy to aid in recovery and relaxation
Track client progress and recommend tailored session plans
Educate clients on the long-term benefits of assisted stretching
Build rapport and provide a professional safe and positive client experience
Confidently convert introductory sessions into memberships or multi-session packages
Maintain studio cleanliness and uphold brand standards
Support local awareness through events flyers and referral promotions
Qualifications
Certified licensed or degreed in a related field such as personal training massage therapy physical therapy aide kinesiology or athletic training
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Physically capable of performing assisted stretches standing for extended periods and supporting client movement
Able to follow structured systems and protocols
Passionate about health fitness movement and helping others
Reliable availability for a consistent part-time schedule including weekends
Available to start as soon as possible and support the launch of our new studio
