Job Description
Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Body Fit Training (BFT) Houston TX
Compensation: $12 per hour commission on sales (uncapped earning potential)
Job Type: Part-Time (evening shifts and every other Saturday required)

About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to support the studios growth by driving new memberships providing exceptional client experiences and promoting our brand in the local community. This is a great opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented confident in communication and excited to work in a fitness-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Execute the full sales process: lead generation follow-up and closing memberships

Conduct studio tours and intro appointments with prospective members

Build strong relationships by identifying individual fitness goals and providing tailored solutions

Achieve or exceed monthly membership and retail sales targets

Promote studio events classes and community outreach initiatives

Maintain accurate lead data and communication in the ClubReady system

Assist with front desk operations studio cleanliness and member support as needed

Represent the BFT brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Confidence in sales with a desire to meet and exceed goals

Comfortable using CRM systems (experience with ClubReady is a plus)

Highly organized detail-oriented and reliable

Able to work evening shifts (5:00 PM 8:30 PM) and every other Saturday morning (7:30 AM 12:00 PM)

Ability to work independently and within a team

Must live within 25 minutes of the studio
Preferred but not required:

Background in fitness wellness retail or customer service

Passion for health and fitness and knowledge of the BFT brand
Compensation & Benefits
