Family Health Center is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for outpatient pediatric position in Brooklyn NY!

Providers Role with the Company:
- Monday-Friday position rotating Saturday once or twice/month
- Very light overnight call every 3 months
- Nurse Practitioner will see pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
Background Profile:
- Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / PNP or Physician Assistant / PA
- License and Board Certification in state of NY or pending
