Are you a process-driven logistics professional with a passion for optimization and cross-functional collaboration FMC is looking for aLogistics Operations Specialist (Regional Process Owner)to lead process standardization drive continuous improvement and support strategic logistics initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives on structure innovation and delivering measurable results.
What Youll Do
Own Regional Processes:Define document and optimize logistics processes across the region ensuring alignment with global standards and local requirements.
Support Improvement Projects:Drive regional and global logistics initiatives focused on efficiency cost reduction and service excellence.
Standardize Operations:Implement and maintain SOPs for transportation warehousing and inventory management to ensure consistency and compliance.
Support SAP Projects:Act as a key user or SME for logistics modules (SD MM WM TM) supporting system enhancements testing and training.
Enhance SC Master Data:Contribute to the planning and launch of new logistics facilities including layout design system integration and go-live support master data maintenance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Partner with logistics teams IT finance procurement and external providers to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Train & Support Teams:Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of new tools systems and processes.
Analyze Performance:Monitor logistics KPIs identify bottlenecks and measure the impact of implemented improvements.
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Industrial Engineering or a related field.
35 years of experience in logistics operations process improvement or supply chain project management.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes and SAP logistics modules.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and driving change.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
Very strong knowledge of SAP interfaces concepts master data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Visio) and process mapping tools.
Willingness to travel regionally for project work and site visits.
