Join RISE Viera as a Leasing Professional $21$22/hr Commissions
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $21$22 based on experience
- Commissions: Earn on every lease you close
- Quarterly Bonus Potential

What Youll Be Doing
- Greet prospective residents and tour them through available units
- Build relationships with prospects and follow up to close the lease
- Maintain accurate records in our leasing software
- Support marketing efforts through social media outreach and resident events
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and service requests
- Contribute to resident retention and a positive community culture
What Were Looking For
- At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience (student or conventional housing welcome!)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with leasing software like Entrata is a plus
- Social media savvy you know how to market a lifestyle
- Weekend availability (we rotate to keep things fair)
- A genuine desire to serve others and help them feel at home
