High priority openings: South Main Winchester Gateway Pantops Charlottesville providers for these do NOT need to submit to each location to be considered just submit to any site they are interested in working at.

Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic that offers Occupational Health
Documentation System/EMR: Anthem
Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes supervising physician will be available via phone
Procedures: Episodic care injury treatment
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent Child Adult Geriatric

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BLS
Board Certified
DEA
