Job Description

Build the Future with Us EquipmentShare is Hiring a Sales Development Associate

At EquipmentShare were not just filling a role were assembling the best team on the planet to build something thats never been built before. Were hiring a Sales Development Associateat our rental facility in Casper WY and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (On call during the weekend only in special circumstances)

Primary Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Development:

  • Proactively engage with customers to identify rental needs and provide solutions that align with their projects.
  • Support Territory Account Managers by qualifying leads prospecting new accountsand following up on potential business opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers on jobsites construction companiesand industrial businesses.
  • Maintain a high level of industry knowledge including market trends competitor activity and EquipmentShares full range of rental solutions.
  • Generate quotes process rental agreements and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize revenue opportunities.

Operational Support and Coordination:

  • Work closely with rental coordinators and operations teams to ensure timely deliverypickup and servicing of rental equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction andresolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing inventory and fleet availability to match customer demand.
  • Utilize EquipmentShares technology and CRM tools to track sales activity customerinteractions and rental transactions.

Collaboration and Career Development:

  • Partner with sales and operations teams to improve customer experience andretention.
  • Participate in training and mentorship programs to develop the skills needed totransition into a full Territory Account Manager role.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to build brandawareness and expand the customer base.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales customer service or construction-related industriespreferred.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and grow into an outside sales role.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and technology-driven sales solutions.
  • Knowledge of construction equipment or rental industry is a plus.
