About the Role:

We are looking for a Cloud & Data Engineer to design and manage robust data and cloud infrastructure supporting advanced analytics and AI initiatives for actuarial team. The role requires close coordination with IT and infrastructure teams to enable seamless data flow and integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain cloud-based data infrastructure and pipelines to support analytics workloads.
• Develop and manage scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing including data ingestion transformation and integration from multiple sources.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment of AI/ML models.
• Ensure data availability scalability reliability performance across environments.
• Collaborate with ML engineers IT and actuarial teams for deployment and monitoring of AI models.
• Implement API-based integrations and automation solutions to improve data operations.
• Drive adherence to data governance and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in cloud platforms (preferably Azure AWS or GCP).
• Proficiency in data pipeline design (ETL/ELT) APIs and integration frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Databricks Azure Data Factory Snowflake or equivalent tools.
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform ARM templates).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI)
• Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving collaboration and communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams.

Exposure to actuarial financial services or insurance data environments preferred.
