Location: South East

Salary: Up to 39000 Basic Salary

Door-To-Door Travel Paid

OT at 1.5x Rate

Company Overview:

I am working on behalf of a client who are a renowned leader in pumps valves and service they provide to long standing clients. They take pride in offering compelling opportunities for career growth backed by regular training programs and a supportive professional team environment.

As a key member of the team youll play a vital role as the outward face to their valued customers.

Position Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer/Technician you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Your role will involve planned maintenance troubleshooting repair installing and providing on-site training to our customers. This would suit an apprentice with a couple of years experience in the field working on pumps as full training will be required.

We are looking for a professional competent and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned maintenance of a wide variety of equipment including fire pumps sprinkler systems water systems booster sets and related equipment.

Execute reactive maintenance in a timely manner

Provide on-site training to customers across a number of industries.

Perform troubleshooting service & repair activities on site both alone and as part of a team.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Apprentice trained or time served 3 years within the pump industry ideally within Fire Protection/Sprinklers etc

UK Driving License

Mechanical Engineering qualifications

Excellent communication analytical and reporting skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
