We are looking for a result-oriented individual that will join our Growth team and help us scale Trading 212s business in Germany.
This is a high-visibility cross-functional role - you will collaborate with IT data and design teams to develop and implement campaigns and features tailored to the German market.
What you need to have
Growth hacking mindset
Experience in digital marketing or partnerships in tech or finance
A data-driven approach to decision making
Deep understanding of influencer marketing
Excellent writing skills
A strong interest in investing or finance
Bonus points
Experience in fintech or another highly regulated industry
Experience in copywriting and localisation
Understanding of SEO strategies
Native German
What youll do
Drive growth in the country through partnerships media and other high-impact channels
Work closely with design and product teams to better localise our product and implement local campaigns
Prepare regular reports on success metrics and competitor activity
Identify and seize new business opportunities
