Job Description

Wir suchen ab Oktober 2025 am Standort Heidelberg eine technische Assistentin/einen technischen Assistenten in unserem Team fr Analytische Entwicklung. Die Kernaufgabe besteht in der Entwicklung von Analysenmethoden und in der Routinetestung von von Analysenmethoden fr neue Protein- pDNA- und m-RNA-Wirkstoffe.
Aufgaben:
- Durchfhrung von Analysen zur Methodenentwicklung/Methodentransfer/non-GMP-Methodenvalidierung zur Testung von Proben und Batches aus der Prozessentwicklung und Produktion (in-Prozess- und Release-Testung)
- Durchfhrung von Non-GMP Stabilittsstudien
- NaOH-Degradationsstudien zur Beurteilung/Definition der Bedingungen zur Produktwechselreinigung der Produktionsanlagen
- Fokus des Methodenspektrums liegt auf HPLC CE-SDS A280 sowie auf Standardmethoden aus dem Bereich Bio Assay (z.B. ELISA)
- Erlernen neuer Methoden
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Methoden als Teil der Arbeitsroutine
Anforderungen:
- Erfolgreiche Ausbildung (z.B. BTA MTA oder CTA)
- Erste praktische Erfahrungwnschenswert (aber nicht vorausgesetzt)
- Gutes praktisches und technisches Verstndnis fr methodische Fragestellungen
- Umfangreiches Methodenspektrum mit guten Kenntnissen im Bereich Protein- und Nukleinsureanalytik ist von Vorteil (z.B. UV-VIS U/HPLC ELISA CE-SDS Agarosegelelektrophorese und SDS-PAGE)
- Gute (sprachliche) Deutsch- und (schriftliche) Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfhigkeit Flexibilitt und gutes Organisationstalent
- Berufserfahrung im GMP-reguliertem Labor ist von Vorteil
