The Pricing Analyst position is responsible for major brands & strategic accounts pricing in TireHubs portfolio. This position executes the pricing strategy for assigned business segments of these major brands & strategic accounts.
This role reports to the Pricing Leader.

Role Specifics:
- Ensures 100% adherence to TireHubs pricing policies practices and procedures across pricing decisions.
- Supports the Manager Pricing in executing TireHubs pricing strategy.
- Executes process of eliciting market and competitive pricing insight.
- Proactively identifies and communicates opportunities for mix margin and sellout improvements.
- Executes key channel and account price structure and strategy.
- Assists in strategic pricing and purchasing opportunities.
- Partners with Brand Managers on monthly pricing reviews to optimize TireHubs position in the market across supplier relationships.
- Collaborates with manufacturer/supplier partners to reach mutual goals and identify purchase and price opportunities for TireHub.
- Participates and maintains ongoing training requirements through in-class in-person or computer-based learning modules as assigned.
- Complies with all TireHub policies and procedures.
- Completes other tasks assigned by their supervisor or another member of leadership.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain Management Logistics or related field.
- 2 years of progressive experience in analytics finance accounting operations sales or pricing role.
- Experience working with teams in a highly collaborative fast-paced environment.
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Development and measurement of price margin mix volume metrics and ROI models.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- Data Analytics tools knowledge (PowerBI Tableau etc.).
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- A valid Drivers license with at least 2 years of driving experience required (3 years preferred; Does not include time on learners permits).
Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in tire or automotive parts distribution industry.
- Proficiency in ERP knowledge (Prophet 21 preferred).
Work Environment
- This is a fast-paced and dynamic operating environment.
- Most of the time is spent sitting constantly viewing monitors in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move around. There may be occasions to move or lift light articles.
- This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
- Must be able to travel up to 10%.
