Job Description

Inventory Planner EMEA Region

From Day One make a Difference Join Our New Supply Chain Hub in Warsaw

Are you a strategic thinker who takes ownership thrives on learning and likes to be challenged FMC is seeking an Inventory Planner to oversee inventory level targets and maintain inventory health. In this role you will collaborate across teams to ensure accurate inventory data manage slow movers support reconciliation processes and contribute to optimizing our supply chain operations.

What Youll Do

  • Drive Inventory Efficiency:Generate slow-moving inventory reports and coordinate action plans with planning teams.

  • Be a System Expert:Act as a super user for inventory transactions and support Customer Service with SAP (MIGO) processes.

  • Provide Ad Hoc Support:Deliver inventory insights and reporting as needed to support business decisions.

  • Analyze and track key performance indicator for the region

  • Manage Inventory Accuracy:Track shelf life extensions post inventory adjustments and block obsolete stock.

  • Support Reconciliation:Analyze inventory deviations and support reconciliation efforts at key locations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain Business or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in inventory supply or demand planning

  • Strong analytical skills with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset

  • Proven experience with Power BI DAX and Power Query including building dashboards and automated reports

  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems and strong Excel skills

  • A sense of ownership accountability and curiosity to challenge the status quo and propose new data-driven solutions

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams

  • Nice to have: Coding skills in SQL Python or similar languages to support data modeling and more advanced analyses
