We are looking for you if you:
have ability to resolve issues on Workday HCM & Security
have experience in providing functional oversight gathering business requirements and performing system design and configuration
have ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
actively seek for improvements & innovations
have ability to pay strong attention to detail
have strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with HR and IT clients
have full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Youll get extra points for:
Workday Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in Security)
you have experience in participating in Workday delivery & support with a focus on Workday Security
experience in optimizing Workday Security processes
Workday Reporting experience
HR functional experience
cross Functional Knowledge with other modules of Workday.
Your responsibilities:
develop skills to become a subject matter expert in Workday Security and to be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives
perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday Security
manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment
provide end-user support change management and issue resolution.
