Youll be working on-site with a supportive international team helping users via phone email or chat all while living and working in one of Europes sunniest and most historic destinations!
What Youll Be Doing:
- Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism empathy and clarity
- Handling requests via phone email and chat in Danish
- Troubleshooting technical or account-related issues
- Escalating complex cases when necessary
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: Between (depending on the project & your profile)
